The Little School Age 6
The Little School is a fun and safe introduction to skiing designed for 6-year-old beginners. This special program is available on Sundays only and focuses on building confidence and basic skills through playful games and activities. Your child will learn how to slide, stop, and turn in a supportive environment led by expert instructors. It’s a perfect way to start their snowy adventures!

Kids Camp Ski Program Ages 7-12
Kids Kamp is a well-supervised program designed for children ages 7 to 12. Our trained staff has many years experience in early education for children.
Classes are available to meet all abilities.
Student Ski Program Ages 13-17
Student Ski Program is designed for beginner to intermediate skiers ages 13 - 17.
Explorer Ski Program Ages 9-17
Explorer Ski Program is designed for intermediate to experienced skiers, able to ski parallel turns on blues and some easier blacks, or have had at least 3 years of lessons.
Adult Ski Program - Age 18+
Small, carefully matched classes for all abilities, beginner through advanced.
ALL programs run for six weeks consecutively, program placement based on age and ability.

This program combines our morning group snowboard lesson with an afternoon extended coaching session at a special bundled rate. You get a complete, structured day on the snow designed to accelerate your learning and build lasting confidence.
Morning Session: Focus on core fundamentals, balance, and initial technical skills.
Lunch Break: Rest, refuel, and review your progress (lunch not included).
Afternoon Extension: 1.5 hours of targeted coaching to cement your new skills on the slopes.

Operations and Refund Policy

Lift Ticket -
By participating in lessons through Alpine West Ski and Snowboard School, you’re guaranteed a season pass and will have the ability to purchase one if you have not done so before signing up.
Equipment -
Equipment is not included with lesson purchase. Recommended Equipment Vendors include: Sturtevant’s (Tacoma/Bellevue), Play It Again Sports - (Woodinville), and Mountain to Sound Outfitters - (Seattle).

Act of Unforeseen Circumstances -
It is typical to postpone program operations throughout the season due to weather or road conditions. The decision to operate or postpone is at the sole discretion of Alpine West Ski & Snowboard School, under guidance from The Summit at Snoqualmie. Any make-up days will be scheduled and students notified. Any unforeseen circumstances hindering Alpine West Ski & Snowboard School from completing the current season NO refunds or credits will be owed. The operating status will be posted on the Alpine West Ski School website. Please check frequently for the latest information.
Lateness Policy -
If you are 15 or more minutes late to your lesson, Alpine West Ski and Snowboard School reserves the right to refuse you entry to your class for that day. Absences that result in missing your class 2 or more consecutive weeks will result in you forfeiting the remaining classes without a refund. If you are late less than 15 minutes, we will locate your class and take the student to their lesson.
No-Shows -
No refunds or credits are given for no-shows.
Refunds -
Requests for a refund must be made before December 1st and will include a $50 nonrefundable tuition fee and the transaction fee.
No refunds are given after December 1st.
A prorated refund may only be given for documented injuries that result in the inability to participate in the program, a $50 nonrefundable tuition fee, plus transaction fee. Request for refund due to injury must be received by February 15th.
